🗓 Scheduling Coordinator
The person in this position will be responsible for providing appointment scheduling support to the sales team and contributing towards an increase in productivity across the team and business. Adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with internal and external clients will be key to this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling face-to-face and/or virtual meetings
2. Prepare and edit written and verbal correspondence to Financial Professionals
3. Provide meeting follow-up support with email campaigns and outbound phone calls
4. Use CRM software to manage advisor lists, log activities, and record information
5. Perform other duties as assigned
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
👉🏻 Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience
👉🏻 Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Outlook
👉🏻 Professional presentation and excellent communication skills; understanding of written business communication standards
👉🏻 Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to a dynamic work environment
👉🏻 Previous CRM/customer service/relations experience
👉🏻 Experience with scheduling software or technology a plus
